Internship – Engineering, Data Science or Platform Software

Spend a semester working on AI solutions that organisations really use. Choose the track that fits your study, and take ownership of real work from day one.

About the internship

At Code for Good, we build AI solutions that make organisations smarter, more efficient and more sustainable. For us, value is the goal and AI is the means.

As an intern, you’ll join one of our teams for a full semester. You’ll get your own assignment, linked to the learning goals of your study, and a supervisor who helps you along the way. You’ll work side by side with your colleagues at our office in Eindhoven, five days a week.

Pick your track

Engineering
Design, build and test software that brings AI into production, from camera and sensor integrations to the services that keep our models running smoothly for customers.

Data Science
Prepare and annotate data, train and fine-tune machine learning and computer vision models, and measure honestly whether they perform well enough to put into practice.

Platform Software
Work on the platform and infrastructure behind it all: storage, pipelines, deployment and tooling that help us set up new projects faster.

What you’ll do

  • Research, design and build a solution for your assignment

  • Test your work, measure the results and keep improving

  • Work closely with your colleagues and share what you learn

  • Document your work and keep your supervisor up to date

  • Wrap up your internship by presenting your results to the whole company

What you bring

  • You’re studying at HBO or WO level in computer science, data science, AI, software engineering or a related field

  • Your study includes a full-time internship of about five months

  • You’re comfortable programming, for example in Python

  • You take initiative, ask questions early and want your work to make a real difference

  • You speak and write English well. Dutch is a plus.

What we offer

  • Your own assignment – a real project with a supervisor, tailored to your learning goals

  • Internship allowance – a monthly allowance during your internship

  • Lunch at the office – we take care of lunch every day you’re at the office

  • Easy to reach – our office is within walking distance of Eindhoven Central Station

  • A young, driven team – colleagues who love sharing knowledge and building things that work

  • Room to grow – for some interns, the internship turns out to be the start of something longer
